ABSTRACT
This Practicum has focused on how the NCPD can develop and deliver accessible ICT courses to its students and the general public using the DMADV Methodology. The primary objective of this project is to achieve social impact by creating an enabling environment that will improve digital accessibility rights and foster greater inclusion of persons with disabilities. A SIPOS analysis was conducted and a Project Charter and Cross Functional Process Map developed to illustrate how the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders can be coordinated to accomplish the project’s objectives.
